Oh, I understand now. There is no special file for a custom post type since it is a post, so you would use content.php or even content-single.php if your theme has it. To capture code for your feedback...

Ok I know what it is :D That theme has contants form ... and that it is "feedback", all emails are collected in that menu as feedback post type :)
